How overspray damage has made auto manufacturers make changes to new vehicles

http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/  My name is Jeff Suggs, owner & operator of Auto Paint Overspray Removal of Texas Onsite Services.  I specializes in the removal of Protective Coatings and Polyurethane spray-foam in the form of overspray damage to vehicles. Over a 1,000 vehicles a day are damaged by paint overspray in the United States, costing more than one-half billion dollars in damages and insurance claims every year. The cost of repairing a vehicle from overspray damage verses repainting a vehicle saves insurers thousands

There are few if any companies that are capable of removing the overspray from these parts. It takes much more time and effort to repair textured pieces on a vehicle. Most people will simply tell the owner or insurer that the trim and molding pieces are not cleanable. Manufacturers have been forced to make changes to new vehicles. One of the reasons for this is the parts and labor cost to replace these pieces. This costs insurance companies millions annually.

This is one of the main reasons American and import manufacturers have made changes to the exterior designs of new vehicles. A few examples of these changes can be seen on the 2015 Cadillac Escalade, Volkswagens, and the Nissan Maxima vehicles. All door moldings and trim pieces have smooth surfaces and they have either a semi-flat or high gloss finish. There is no back or front glass trim on these vehicles and even the door handles have a smooth finish. These vehicles can be repaired from overspray damage using one of the safest methods, a clay-bar.

This is a good thing for everyone involved from the owners to the insurers and the manufacturers. The insurers have saved millions of dollars since these changes have been made. This also helps anyone in the overspray removal business, detail-shops and individuals that want to make their own repairs. The video linked below demonstrates the changes made to the 2015 Volkswagens. I repaired 227 vehicles and saved up to an hour on the repairs done to the vehicles that have had the trim and molding changes.  https://youtu.be/8RPikaj7SQ8

Best results for managing Paint overspray Removal Claims For Insurance Companies

http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/  My name is Jeff Suggs, owner and operator of Auto Paint Overspray Removal of Texas Onsite Services.  Our mobile crews can be dispatched anywhere nationwide within 24 hours of accepting the claim.  We’re a Houston Texas based company that has repaired thousands of vehicles managing claims all over the USA.  With over 2 decades of hands on experience in overspray removal, managing claims, customer relations, bidding on jobs and much more.  The first thing to think about when discussing an overspray problem with an insurer is to let them know that you are going to save them thousands by repairing every piece of the vehicle.  When it comes to all parties involved, you want to assure them that they are in good hands.  We do this by showing them some of our demonstration videos.  Another great way to gain the confidence of the insurers or claimants is to direct them to the internet.

When our customers see our demonstration videos and web presence, It lets them know that they are in very capable hands.  We have invented several methods of overspray removal from auto paint, glass, trim, and molding pieces.   We are one of the few if any that removes overspray from auto trim pieces.  Other major companies try to repaint these parts which voids the owner’s vehicle warranty.  When bidding on a large claim, we always tell the insurer to check other companies websites to see what types of services they offer.  You may wonder why would anyone tell an insurance company to go and check other companies websites.  The answer to that is, no other company in the world can offer our services.  Those are not just words, we have the videos streaming all over the net to prove it.

We believe that showing someone your work is much better than telling them about it.   If given the choice most people would want to see your work before you start on their vehicle.  We have most experienced technicians on the planet.  We  provide video documentation of every vehicle we repair.  We always make sure the videos on our website are of new vehicles.  Everyone is well aware of how much work is involved in repairing black vehicles.  This is why we have lots of black high-end vehicles on our website.  We repair every piece of the vehicle from all damages even when its not related to the overspray claim.  Its all about building confidence with the insurer and most of all the claimants.  When dealing with someone that has an overspray problem, you have to let them know without a doubt their in good hands.

The bottom video is a 2011 black Mercedes Benz ML350 that has a severe case of Polyurethane spray-foam overspray damage.  At the beginning of the video I produce an estimate for 8,066.82 to repaint, replace trim & molding pieces, emblems, front grill, top luggage rack, back tell lights, front head lights, ect.  The owner happily signed our standard release form for the repairs.  Polyurethane cannot be removed 100% by the normal cleaning methods.  The technique that I demonstrate in this video is something I call “blading or shaving” auto paint surfaces.  No one has ever been able to duplicate my cleaning process.  This means no manner how bad the overspray damage maybe, there is nothing that I cannot repair.  There is no need for rental cars because all work is done onsite.  This also allows our customers to observe our cleaning process first hand.

http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/ My name is Jeff Suggs, owner and operator of Auto Paint Overspray Removal of Texas Onsite Services.   Our mobile crews can be dispatched anywhere nationwide within 24 hours of accepting the claim.  We’re a Houston Texas based company that has repaired thousands of vehicles managing claims all over the USA.  My company specializes in the removal of Protective & Marine Coatings and Polyurethane spray-foam insulation in the form of overspray damage to vehicles.  Both products have an adhesive factor, which makes them an formidable opponent when removing from a vehicle.  We believe that every piece of the vehicle should be repaired from overspray damages.  This would include the paint, glass, trim & molding pieces.  We are the only company in the world that have demonstration videos of auto trim & molding repair that are damaged with the products mentioned in this blog   One of the reason for this is our use of machinery to repair vehicles.

This year along we saved a major insurer thousands on just one claim that involved 126 vehicles that were heavily damaged with industrial paint overspray.  When we arrived on the job the insurer had received some of the estimates from the claimants to replace their trim & molding pieces.  The average cost to replace these parts on a newer vehicle is around $3000.00 dollars for cars and almost doubled for the Suvs.  The adjuster was just beside himself when faced with all this potential cost.  I informed the insurance company that their adjuster would not have to bring his check book to the job site.  We saved the insurer over $375,000 on the cars alone, this number does not include the extra cost for the Suv vehicles.

Some of my best work is linked to my Facebook & Youtube accounts. From there you can check out Google ads and websites from all over the world that feature my overspray removal videos.  If anyone would like to check the internet, take a moment to do a Google search for “paint overspray removal companies”, then hit videos, images, and of course web.  When you get to the web you will see my new website on the first page.  None of my work has ever been duplicated by another company or individual.  This simply means that no other company can offer the types of services that I can.  My company motto is that “No Where is Off limits” when it comes to traveling anywhere in the world to manage overspray projects!

Polyurethane Spray Foam Insulation “one of the few Green industrial products”

Aside

http://www.paintoversprayremovaloftexas.com/ My company specializes in the removal of industrial grade Polyurethane spray foam products in the form of overspray damage to vehicles.  As your onsite overspray claims expert, were here to provide our services all over the USA.  Our mobile crews can be dispatched anywhere nationwide within 24 hours of accepting the claim.  Polyurethane products are some of the most adhesive insulation materials sold today.  This is great if you want to save thousands on light bills or water proofing a roof, just to mention a few of the many uses of this product. The old style insulation is not even close when it comes to the performance of the two products.  The older insulation products with the consistency of candy cane are far from being biodegradable.  No one likes working with a product that penetrates the skin and gets into the pores like the old Pink Panther insulation.  This brings up another great thing about Polyurethane spray foam products, they can be biodegradable.

Two undergraduate students Jeffrey Huang and Jonathan R. Russell together discovered an enzyme that is able to degrade Polyurethane and other plastic products without the use of oxygen.  That means that spray foam insulation and other products made with Polyurethane are one of the few that mother earth can reabsorb.  Spray foam insulation products leaves a very small carbon footprint compared to others.  My company also leaves a very small carbon footprint when it comes to removing Polyurethane overspray.  We never use any compounds or solvents in our overspray removal process.  No chemicals of any kind are left on the ground or leaked into the water system.  In conclusion, there are few products like Polyurethane in the world that have so many different uses and still proven to be a green product.
